We, at Back In Action physiotherapy clinic would like to wish you all a very happy Christmas 🎅🏻 🎄 and a wonderful New Year. 🎉 🥳

Don’t panic ,…we are not closing for too long.
We are open this week, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday (1/2 day Christmas Eve) , and after Christmas, ….

We will be open on Monday 29 th, Tuesday 30th, and Wednesday 31st dec.

We will return to normal hours the following week. 😁

GREAT NEWS!
As of this week ,we are fully staffed in Back In Action physiotherapy clinic again !
so you will not be waiting long for an appointment , .. same day appt. or possibly a day later.
Our most recent physiotherapist joining the Clinic , is Saoirse Farrelly, who works with Women’s health.
This is a service we are delighted to have in the clinic again.
Now that summer is approaching, Everybody wants to be out and about doing activities
Again.
So….. any complaints of pain ,stiffness, overuse etc , please call us at Back In Action physiotherapy clinic , and we can help you! 😊

Happy Christmas to everybody from all of us in Back In Action Physiotherapy and Sports clinic!!

We will reopen Wednesday, the 27th of December.
We would close again New Year’s Day and reopen 2nd of January

Thank you all for attending our clinic during this year. We are always delighted to see New and old faces. However, please be careful over the Christmas and mind yourselves. 😉

Back in Action Physiotherapy and Sports In jury Clinic provides an excellent standard of treatment to every client. Each patient is assessed and treated according to their individual needs. The team of Chartered Physiotherapists, Jeanette McDonnell (Proprietor), Eimear Fox, Aine Hughes and Paul Reape provide excellent treatment for any musculoskeletal complaint, neck and shoulder pain/whiplash, general muscular aches and pains, joint pain and stiffness, sports injuries as well as rehabilitation following accident/ surgery.
• Clients can also attend for biomechanical analyses and foot orthotic prescription.

• Acupuncture and Dry Needling, also used in the clinic, are very beneficial treatments. This has been proven to accelerate resolution of muscle and joint pain.

• Neurostructural Integration Technique (NST) is a treatment occasionally used in conjunction with physiotherapy. This initiates a process to “balance the body”.

• Pilates Classes are run Tues Morning, Wednesday Evening & Thursday Evening weekly and cater for all levels. These classes are safe and modified for those recovering from back and joint pains. Pilates is also excellent as a rehabilitation class or for injury prevention in sports people.
Back in Action offers both early morning and late evening appointments to suit the busy lifestyle.

Happy Christmas to all ! We reopen after Christmas next Wednesday, Thursday and Friday.
Closed again on Monday 2nd January, but open on Tuesday 3rd and back to our regular hours.
