I am a sports therapist, massage therapist and sports instructor with almost 30 years of experience in the field of sports and wellness. My professional path includes work in Lithuania and Ireland, in health clubs and basketball teams.

I graduated from the Lithuanian Sports University, obtained an ITEC Level 4 Sports Therapy Diploma from WFEC College. I have been working as a physical training coach for 12 years, and for the last 8 years I have been specializing in sports therapy and deep tissue massage.

My clients usually come to me with persistent muscle pain, tension, stress or fatigue. I am glad that many of them have managed to achieve long-term results – reducing pain, improving well-being and working capacity.
