Hi all, unfortunately I came to the decision today that for the safety of clients and myself, I will be closing the clinic to clients for the next few weeks.
It is important at this time that we all try and follow the HSE guidelines and make an honest effort to slow the spread of covid-19. Please take on-board the recommendations of social distancing, wash your hands, cover your mouth/nose when coughing /sneezing.
We are all in this together and although you may feel like your not in the vulnerable category, it is still your social responsibility to do the right thing for those that are.
I am still available to chat for anyone struggling with an injury and who may need guidance on how to manage. I will also be carrying out online physio consultations when i get up and running properly.
