I love the smell of deep heat in the morning 😆. Hit me like a wave. As always, blown away by the athletes running the dublin city marathon today. It is always so inspiring to see those who are taking part. So many motivations and determination. What you can't see are the months of hard training and not forgetting those who unfortunately didn't make the start line this time around. Missed the brother who was obviously running too fast to spot 😂

My heart is full. Yesterday's event went like a dream. Some regular dippers, some newbies and such a lovely community feel. We are blessed with our lake but more by the people. Blown away by the support yesterday and a massive thank you to all who donated online or on the day and who showed up, baked, played music or just sent the positive vibes. On current count we are over €6000. thank you all x x bigger next year

New pilates course starting this Friday at 10.30 am. Suitable for beginners. Focus on this class will be mobility, balance and functional strength. It's a great compliment to any other activity or sport from gardening to golf or even other strength classes. Available to book on my website or dm here for more info. #
