The Men’s All-County Football League gets underway this weekend as our Division 3 side face The Downs GAA Club in Multyfarnham, Saturday at 6pm.

👏 A huge well done to everyone who took part in the Irish Life GAA Healthy Clubs Steps Challenge 2026! 🎉🇶🇦
We’re absolutely delighted to finish 52nd in Leinster and one of the top teams in WESTMEATH — a fantastic achievement for our club and community. 💪🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️
Massive credit to all who got involved for the commitment, effort, and brilliant community spirit throughout the challenge.

It is with great sadness that we learned of the passing of Andrew Nally
Renvyle, Galway / Multyfarnham, Westmeath.

Andy gave so many years of loyal service to Multy, always wearing the jersey with pride and commitment.

We extend our deepest sympathies to his mother Mary, his daughter; Katie, sisters; Josie, Celine and Sinéad, brothers Seamus and Mark, brother in law, sisters in law, nieces, nephews, aunt, uncles, former wife; Eileen, partner; Lena, neighbours and a wide circle of friends.

Andrew will repose at Shaws Funeral Home, Bishops Gate Street, Mullingar, N91 RY65 on Saturday 14th February from 4:30-6:30pm followed by prayers. Funeral Mass on Sunday 15th February at 11.00am in St Nicholas Church, Multyfarnham, (Eircode N91 VE28) followed by private cremation in Lakeland’s Crematorium, Dublin Road, Cavan.

🌟 Special Announcement 🌟

We are very proud to announce that work has commenced this week at Multyfarnham GAA on a brand new artificial grass training pitch. 🙌

This fantastic new facility is a major investment in the future of our club and will provide a huge boost for year-round training, player development, and participation across all age groups, including GAA, LGFA, and GAA for All. 🇶🇦🌟

The new pitch will allow our players and coaches to train in all weather conditions, improve standards across the club, and continue building a strong, inclusive environment for our entire community.

A big thank you to everyone who has worked tirelessly behind the scenes to make this project happen 💪

We’ll be sharing updates as the project progresses, so keep an eye out!

We acknowledge the grant contribution from the Government of Ireland, Project 2040, Fáilte Ireland, Our Rural Future and Westmeath County Council towards our Astro Pitch project.

We also extend our congratulations to Alan Brady on his appointment as Kit Man.🌟

The panel begin their league campaign this evening away to Longford in Rosemount, and we wish the players and management team every success tonight and for the season ahead.
