I planned to post this later, but a loud ringing in my right ear kept coming through — insistent — and I kept hearing “Talk to me!”

Upon talking with my daughter about certain life experiences and people’s behaviours, I realised something: some people have inspired me simply by showing me who I don’t want to be 😅.
Instead of staying in the story of frustration, there’s a quiet kind of gratitude available — gratitude for the clarity, for the contrast, and for the reminder of how we choose to show up.

The greatest thing we can offer our children is unconditional love, the example of living what we “preach,” and the space to think for themselves, reflect, and grow into their own wisdom.
