After Reading my post on 3-15-2020, about how to overcome the Virus infection and COVID 19 using Acupressure method that I described under NAET suggestion, several people have reported that they came down with virus infections, some with COVID 19 like symptoms. They all used this saliva treatment and have completely recovered from their COVID 19 like symptoms. This special Saliva treatment can also be used as a prophylaxis - a treatment to prevent from getting COVID 19 or other virus infections in people. Most healthy people, when they associate with an infected person they too can get COVID 19 symptoms. During an epidemic or pandemic, If people can treat daily for a sample of their early morning saliva, they may be able to prevent from getting the infection. Probably some of you readers can forward this information to your friends who are Nurses, doctors, hospital employees and other healthcare providers who are on the front line struggling to help the sick victims in the hospitals without proper preventive measures and work-tools (Masks, gowns, gloves, etc.). They should be at least able to save themselves and avoid getting the infection from contacting an infected person if they could take a few minutes from their daily schedule to treat their own saliva. SUGGESTION FROM NAET:

NAET believes that your body has the innate ability to heal from cold, flu and viruses (any kind of virus including COVID 19) on its own if given the right environment and tools to the body. Getting adequate amount of rest, drinking proper amount of water and fluids, consuming frequent light small meals, maintaining a healthy emotional status are some of the tools needed for the body to jump start the healing.
In addition, you can collect a small sample of your early morning saliva in a small glass jar with a lid. Hold the jar in one hand and massage the immune system strengthening acupuncture points on the chart below. Massage one minute, clockwise on each acupuncture points in the given order. Begin the clockwise massage from point (1) follow through (2), (3), (4), (5), (6), then massage the point (1) once again. End the massage on point 1. That means, the Point (1) will get massaged twice. It will take about 7 minutes to complete the round. After completing one round of massage, Put away the glass jar for 20 minutes, about six feet away from your body. After 20 minutes, take the jar, hold it in your hand, repeat the procedure once again. Repeat this procedure once every 20 minutes until the symptoms subsides. After each round of massage, drink about four ounces of water. With each round of massage on these acupuncture points, body will produce some toxins. Drinking water will help eliminate the toxin as it is produced.
If your symptoms are from a regular cold, or flu or influenza, or from a regular coronavirus or the current novel coronavirus 19, when your acupuncture meridians get strong through your once every 20 minute massage, when the meridians clear the energy blockages from the virus infection, your body will get strong to throw out not only the toxin produced during the fight with the virus but the virus itself from your body with ease. That means your body will win over the virus. In a short period after that you will be symptom free. Rest for 36 to 48 hours and avoid contact with others during that time. Drink at least 8 glasses of water if you are an adult. Adjust the water for your age and weight. After 48 hours, if you have any opportunity to check your blood through the lab testing, test and see if you still have the virus. Your body should be free of virus by now. Some people may need one round of massage on these acupuncture points to relieve their symptoms, some others may need three to six rounds of repetitions and yet some others may need 10 to 20 or more repetition depending on your age, status of immune system, degree of exposure to the virus, and other underlying factors involved with the person. With each massage, your body will get stronger. Stop the massage when you stop having the symptoms: fever, sore throat, runny nose, cough, shortness of breath, etc. Continue to rest and avoid contact with other people for next 48 hours more until you feel very strong and energetic.

Taking an Inventory.

The result of eating should be energy and vitality. If what you eat leaves you tired, unsatisfied, or still hungry then it didn’t give you energy but depleted you. When we eat over-sweetened and processed foods, we take in calories but not the fuel we need to feel our best.

Eating whole foods that include lots of vegetables, a small amount of protein, as well as high fibre, low glycemic fruits will make you feel good, look good, and give you sustained energy.

Ask yourself, “How am I feeling right now?” And then review what you have eaten in the last 24 hours. This can give you great insight into how foods affect you personally, on all levels.

It’s all about small changes. You don’t have to change everything. Have a food diary. Instead of chocolate with your tea mid-morning, have an apple or a pear or berries. Nuts are fabulous. Have a few almonds. Chew everything well.

Choosing nutritious foods
There are so many good foods to choose from that are quick to prepare, eat, and elevate your mood and energy:

Eat lots of vegetables to ensure you are eating an alkaline forming diet.
Choose rich, deeply colourful organic foods like avocado, hummus, wild salmon, nuts, cheese, cucumbers, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, sprouts, asparagus, beets, carrots, cabbage, brussels sprouts, broccoli, chickpeas, chicken, turkey, eggs, and also miso or bone broth soup.

Include superfoods to add high sources of protein, vitamins, and minerals, such as chlorella, spirulina, sunflower, lecithin, ginger, cinnamon, enzymes, and probiotics which will help to alkalize, feed and protect your cells.

Vitamin B-enriched foods are noted for their mood-enhancing properties, as are nuts and pumpkin seeds, which are rich in magnesium. Magnesium is thought to alleviate symptoms of depression and help with restful sleep.

Eat foods that increase your good fats, including avocados, chia, and flax seeds, which have a mood elevating effect.
Eating foods that are high in natural omega-3 fatty acids such as salmon, flax seeds, chia seeds, and grass-fed meats are especially great for your health. Omega-3 fatty acids help maintain cardiovascular health, stabilize blood sugar, reduce inflammation, balance cholesterol levels, improve mood, sharpen concentration, boost immunity, and even reduce the risk of cancer.
