Finally, Rolando Espina had a therapy session with us. The missing link of all the Top Filipino Runners here in Ireland


It was 2018 I was amazed with his CNN Philippines interview.
In my mind,Hopefully One day a fellow Filipino Athlete would come to sports treatment of Nopain Nogain!

And we have theAll Top Filipino Athletes to date that came for treatment.

We carry our own Filipino pride in our heart.

Of all the medals photo from DCM sent to me today..this medal would special.

Last Monday Oct.20,David told me his consultant wont allowed him to Run the Marathon ..as his BP shot up High,need 24hrs monitoring..and He is diabetic yet he had Ironman Cork.

The very same Runner who would be screaming from my room every September to October for The Marathon for ages..

Yet he Decided to run yesterday.
Indeed,Its Mind over Body.
