30th June I set myself a goal to drop 10lbs in 90 days - I had gotten sick of how I was looking and feeling ( and also a nice way to show the program works too )
Rules were simple
Training was to be challenging but enjoyable - it’s even harder to achieve goals when you don’t enjoy what you have to do
Aim was down 1lb every 9 days
Smarter nutrition not suffering nutrition
Very glad to say I hit and surpassed the marker finishing with 13.86lbs off in the 90 days - all while having the kids on summer holidays , balancing shift work schedules , trying to make smart food choices while paying off back to school bits and just general family life events
