For those who don’t know us - We’re Dan, Liam, and Luke, founders of the Hot Box

We met in Dublin at college a decade ago and somehow ended up in building saunas all over ireland - and further ;)

When we started The Hot Box, there were only a handful of saunas in Ireland; now, there are over 200 so we want to share how we did it (and give you a guide of what not to do)

From building our very first unit in a garden during Covid to managing full-scale wellness hubs, we’re sharing it all

We’ve got some updates! Since opening our Bolands Mills location, we’ve seen over 2,500 new faces - but you’ve asked & we’ve listened…

So here’s the new tiered pricing system for Bolands:

* Off-Peak: Mon-Fri - 7am to 16:50 - €25 for 60 mins - No rituals
* Peak: Weekdays 16:50 to close & weekends - €35 for 75 mins and a sauna ritual in every single session

We also want to thank you in helping us raise €15,000 for Women’s aid (we’re very proud of this one!)

We hope to see you for a sweat soon
