***HAMSTRING INJURIES***
🏃🏻♂️Muscle strains are common across all sports. Rehabbing them can be tricky depending on the severity. The aim of rehab is to regain the ability of hamstring to take on load.
🏋🏻 Eccentric exercises are a great way of training your muscles and can help minimise the risk of injury upon return to sport. Introducing pain free strengthening exercises into your home workouts is key before returning to functional tasks like running, cutting and decelerating.
➡️ Here are some exercises I include at various stages of of a rehabilitation program for a hamstring strain:

3️⃣ Nordic curls
🔑It is important to maintain good pelvic and core control during exercises.
