Our hormones influence everything. Our mood, energy, and sleep, metabolism, fertility, and emotional resilience. When theyโ€™re out of balance, we can feel it in every part of our lives.

Weโ€™re all doing our best, weโ€™re all struggling in some way, but we donโ€™t need to keep powering on through always.
We donโ€™t always give yourselves the same grace that we so freely give to others. There are times we just need to release, let go, unwind before it becomes too much but most times we donโ€™t listen, even when our bodies are screaming at us to slow down, to take it easier, or take some time out.
