Are you daunted by the 16 other things you have be proficient in, APART from the one or two that you love and are your 𝗭𝗢𝗡𝗘 𝗢𝗙 𝗘𝗫𝗖𝗘𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗡𝗖𝗘?

I have over 30 years experience in self-employment as a sole trader and for the past 20 years as a holistic therapist. I have a healthy skillset from years of working, many of which are transferrable but that doesn't mean I am good at it all.

I don't want to be. I 𝗪𝗔𝗡𝗧 to be able to do the parts I 𝗟𝗢𝗩𝗘 and somehow the fairies will take care of rest!! Does that resonate?

I launched my Business Information Workshop for Small Business Owners and Start-Ups in January 2025. It's a module-based workshop, with 12+ easy-to-follow modules incorporating over 8 hours of knowledge based on my own professional and lived experience. I have an expansive breadth of knowledge that is best utilised by sharing.

I am in the process of recording the modules, so that you can view each at your own pace, when you're ready and can follow up with the implementation of the learning. Access is for a 6-week period, with support email access for the 6-week duration. Total Cost is €347. It's an investment well worth the knowledge shared and the wealth of experience you can draw on for your own business.

Occasionally this workshop will also be run live so being on the mailing list is a great way to stay in the loop. I had realised I have worthwhile knowledge to share.

Having run it as a live workshop a number of times, the reality is we are all busy and cannot always commit to a same time, same place situation over a period of weeks. SO...

I am in the process of recording the modules, so that you can view at your own pace. Access is for a 12-week period, with support email access for the 12-week duration. Total Cost is €300 or you can pick and choose the modules individually for €30 each with 4-week access and support for each.

Sinead has been delivering holistic reflexology therapies to expectant parents for nearly 𝟮𝟬 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀. There have been so many parents, so many bumps and babies, it is perhaps the most endearing cohort of clients for Sinead. Being asked to support a hugely important life experience is a privilege and one that Sinead is honoured to provide.

Flexibility around some of these appointments types is far greater than others. Baby's have no concept of time or calendars and so Sinead offers 𝗠𝗢𝗕𝗜𝗟𝗘 𝘃𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝘀 AND a 𝗥𝗘𝗧𝗔𝗜𝗡𝗘𝗥 appointment for 𝗱𝘂𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗹𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘂𝗿, which means she is on hand night or day, when baby annouces it's impending arrival! 🤗

I'm Sinead, a holistic health practitioner with over 20 years experience in holistic touch therapies. I am based in Navan, Co. Meath however also educate virtually for those looking in from further afield.

I help humans who are feeling stressed, anxious, sore, sad, uncomfortable or overwhelmed and wants, actually no needs, to be cared for and feel a change for the better.

𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝗗𝗼 𝗜 𝗗𝗼?
I work with you so you can learn more about your physical body, tie your life experiences into the physical manifestation within your body, and learn how to care for each physical part that feels a bit broken, a bit worn out, a bit tired and a bit unloved, or a lot, depending on my client.

I do this through the incredible power of touch therapy, using any or all of the four modalities I practice, holistic reflexology, Indian Head massage, thermal ear candling and Usui Reiki.
💞 I am a deeply empathetic and compassionate person and so with my treatments I also impart love and care which leaves my clients truly feeling seen, heard and knowing they matter in this world.

My clients leave their appointments feeling lighter, more at ease in their body, being able to feel their areas of tenderness as opposed to overall pain.
