Before, I used to think seeing my joney like this, that it was bad and probably stuffed with sugar by the manufacter and then throw it away?

Have you experienced the same?

But now, I know better.

Crystallized honey is not bad at all — in fact, it’s a completely natural process and a sign that your honey is pure and high‑quality.

When honey forms crystals at the bottom, it hasn’t spoiled; the glucose in the honey has simply separated and solidified over time.

This happens more quickly in raw or minimally processed honey and when stored at cooler temperatures.

"The Pizza that Loves You Back" 🍕✨

​Who says pizza can’t be a superfood? Forget the heavy, greasy crusts.

Today, I’m sharing my Tri-Seed Power Pizza—a high-protein, anti-inflammatory masterpiece that actually keeps you full.


I skipped the flour and blended Oats, Flaxseed, and Chia seeds. This combo is a fiber powerhouse! I seasoned it with Turmeric for that golden glow and natural anti-inflammatory boost.

​The Toppings:
​Homemade Stew: Real tomatoes, real flavor.
​The Greens: Finely chopped broccoli (hidden nutrients in every bite!).
​For the Protein, I used Sardines (hello, Calcium and Vitamin D!) and whisked in an Egg to bind it all together into a savory, protein-rich topping.

​I paired this with a steaming cup of Femebold tea to aid digestion and keep my hormones happy. This isn't just a meal; it's fuel. 🌿💪

Can you just imagine the faithfulness of God, in making us answer the WAKE-UP call Day 88/2026! To God be glory🙏

This week God's given us a. opportunity to shine again irrespeciive of what has happen in the past.

The Ignition Sequence ⚡

Isaiah 60:1

Arise, shine; for thy light is come, and the glory of the Lord is risen upon thee."

This isn't a suggestion; it's an Order. In the Kingdom, light doesn't just happen to you—you have to "Arise" to meet it.

Think of it like a solar panel: the sun is always providing power, but if the panel is face-down in the mud, no energy is captured.

​The Mechanics:

​1. The "Arise" Action: Before you can "Shine," you have to change your position. "Arise" means to shake off the dust of last week's failures, the "software bugs" of Saturday, and the lethargy of Sunday. You have to decide to stand up.

​2. The "Shine" Output: You don't create the light; you reflect it. When you "Shine," you are simply letting the Glory of God (His character, His peace, His excellence) be visible through your work and your attitude.

​3. The Fuel Source: Notice the verse says, "For thy light is come." You aren't shining on your own battery power. You are plugged into an eternal Power Grid. Because He has already come, your success this week is already "Pre-Loaded."

​The Take Home:

This week, don't wait for a "good mood" to start your work. Arise by faith, and the shine will follow. Your light isn't coming—it’s HE.

It simply waits — patient, golden, unchanged.
But the vessel we choose to hold it
can shape its journey.

Glass is the ancient keeper —
steady, silent, eternal.
A guardian for honey that may sit for years,
just as our fathers and grandfathers stored it.

Plastic can hold it too,
but only when it is pure,

THE LIBERTY PARADOX 🕊️

Good day and happy weekend. We can't but thank but God for seeing Day 87/2026

Today this is the question we're looking at.
Join in the discussion to answer our youth in knowing God better and walking with Him.

Mentee: If God is so good, why does He allow evil, wars, and chaos? Why doesn't He just force everyone to be peaceful?

​Mentor: Love that is forced isn't love; it’s programming. To give us the ability to love, God had to give us the ability to choose—and humanity often chooses the wrong "software.

​The Mechanics of the Mess:

​1. The Gift of Free Will: God gave mankind "dominion" over the earth (Genesis 1:26). He is a King who respects the boundaries He set. If He stepped in to stop every bad choice, we would be robots, not children.

Chaos is the result of humans using their God-given power to hurt rather than to help.

​2. The Source of War: The Bible explains the "mechanics" of conflict clearly.

James 4:1 asks, "From whence come wars and fightings among you? come they not hence, even of your lusts that war in your members?

War doesn't start in heaven; it starts in the selfish desires of the human heart.

​3. The "Restraining Order": People often ask why God allows evil, but they forget that He is also the one restraining it from being much worse.

Every act of kindness, every peace treaty, and every "near-miss" is a sign of His grace working through people who choose to listen to Him.

​4. The Final Patch: The Bible promises a "System Reset." God allows this season of choice so that as many people as possible can choose Him freely.

One day, He will "wipe away all tears" and end the chaos forever (Revelation 21:4), but until then, He is looking for "Mechanics" (us) to bring His peace into the broken places.

​The Take Home:

God isn't the author of the chaos; He is the architect of the rescue. He allows the "storm" because He gave us the keys to the world, but He offers us the "Anchor" to survive it.

Are you one of the parent struggling to feed you bountties of joy greens?

I know it can feel terrible as you're not winning in this struggle.

But I tell you, it may not be completwly your fault. Read the below and see your little one has got a mind of their own, too!

S0, why d0 kids turn their noses up at veggies? It's not just them being difficult, there's actually some pretty cool science behind it!

Here's the lowdown:

1. It's an evolutionary thing. Many vegetables have a bitter taste, and historically, bitterness signaled potential poisons.

Kids, with their smaller bodies, are more sensitive to these bitter compounds as a natural protective mechanism. Basically, their bodies are trying to keep them safe!

2. They have more taste buds! Children are born with a higher density of taste buds than adults. This means those bitter flavors are way more intense for them than for us grown-ups.

Over time, we lose some of these taste buds, which is why we might start enjoying things like broccoli and Brussels sprouts more as we age.

3. Texture and consistency are a big deal. Fresh produce can be inconsistent in texture and flavor, which can be a perceived risk for picky eaters.

They often prefer the predictable experience of processed snacks. Plus, some veggies can be tough or fibrous, making them less appealing.

4. Preparation matters, big time! Often, it's not the vegetable itself, but how it's prepared. Bland, boiled vegetables are a common culprit for veggie aversion. Well-seasoned, roasted, or creatively presented veggies can make a huge difference.

So, it's a mix of biology, sensory experiences, and even how we, as adults, present food to them!

Greetings to you all, this evening Day 84/2026.

We celebrate God's faithfulness in our lives.
Today ww are looking at the foundation of our faith.

The Foundation Test 🏗️

The question:
How do we know the Bible is actually true and not just a book of ancient legends or moral stories?

The answer:
You don’t have to check your brain at the door to believe the Bible. In the Kingdom, faith is built on Evidence, not just emotion.


​1. The Archaeological Record: Archaeology doesn't "prove" God, but it consistently validates the Bible's historical accuracy. Discoveries like the Tel Dan Stele (mentioning the "House of David") and the Merneptah Stele (the earliest reference to Israel) show that the people and places
described were real, not myths.

​2. The Manuscript Chain: The Bible is the most accurately preserved book in human history. We have over 24,000 New Testament manuscripts. When the Dead Sea Scrolls were found (dating 1,000 years older than previous copies), they were 95% identical word-for-word, proving the text hasn't been corrupted over time.

​3. Fulfilled Prophecy: The Bible contains about 2,500 prophecies, and roughly 2,000 have already been precisely fulfilled. For example, the prophet Isaiah named the conqueror Cyrus 150 years before he was born and predicted he would free the Jews—exactly as history records.
Jesus was prophesied of a virgin birth, it came to pass.

​4. Scientific Consistency: While not a science textbook, the Bible is scientifically consistent. Long before modern science, it described the earth as a circle (Isaiah 40:22) and "hanging upon nothing" in space (Job 26:7).


The Bible isn't true because we feel it is; it’s true because it matches the world we see, the history we’ve dug up, and the future it predicted long ago. It’s the only "Software" that has never needed a bug fix.
