Welcome to The Chewer's Club 🦷🛡️

Are you eating, or are you just "Inhaling"?

Most people eat like they are in a race. They bolt down hot, soft, refined food before their brain even knows it’s there.

The result? A "Sugar Crash" and a bloated belly. 🎈

The Secret of The Chewer's Club:

Health isn't just about what you eat; it’s about the form and temperature of that food when it hits your gut.

The 30-Stroke Rule: Masticating (chewing) your food until it is a liquid "bolus." Your saliva contains Amylase—the first enzyme that breaks down starch. If you don't chew, your stomach has to do "overtime" work it wasn't designed for.

The Temperature Buffer: When you swallow boiling hot, liquid pap, it zooms past your digestive sensors. When you eat food that is closer to body temperature and solid, your "Fullness Hormones" (Leptin) have time to signal your brain: "We are good. Stop eating."

The Mechanical Fix: Chewing sends a signal to your stomach to start producing acid before the food arrives. No signal = No acid = Indigestion.
Stop the Bloat 🛑

Cut your portions in half (naturally)

Stay sharp and focused after lunch

Good morning Fam
We just want to say THANK YOU JESUS for a new week, a new Day 68/2026. FEAR NOT!

Today we want to answer a young person's questions about God's dealings with us in our present dispensation. Join the discussion 🗣

The Question:

If I mess up, will God physically take away my blessings? Like, if I’m in sin, will He repossess my car/ toys or take away my talent? He took away the power in Samson, when he sinned. How does God deal with us today?

The Answer:

We’ve all feared the "divine repo-man." But God isn't a debt collector; He’s a Father.

1. He takes the "Keys," not the "Car."

In 2026, God doesn't usually sn**ch back your physical stuff. But He might stop "funding" your rebellion.
You might keep the car, but you’ll lose the protection while driving it. You might keep the talent, but you’ll lose the peace while using it.You will still have your toy but removes the satisfaction you enjoy with it.

2. The "Anointing" vs. The "Ability."

Samson is the ultimate example. He kept his muscles, but he lost his source. You can have the voice of an angel, but without God’s presence, it’s just noise. Your singing won"t touch heart, merely entertaing heads.

The "blessing" God removes isn't always the object; it’s the grace that made that object a joy instead of a burden.

3. The "Blind Spot" Effect.

Sin doesn't always take your "eyes" like it did Samson's, but it always takes your vision. You start making bad calls, bad decision, missing opportunities, losing your reputation, and tripping over things you used to see clearly.

God doesn't have to "punish" you—He simply allows the natural consequences of your choices to catch up.

The Take Home:

God’s discipline isn't about hurting you; it’s about halting you before you destroy yourself. He’d rather you lose a "blessing" today than lose your soul tomorrow.

Have you ever lost 'peace' even while you still had 'plenty'? Let’s talk about it in the comments. 👇

Give examples from your experience to help our youths or others understand walking with God.

Tonight’s dinner was simple, colourful, and so satisfying —
a veggie medley, creamy avocado, chilled baby potatoes,
and a warm cup of Slimbold tea to seal it all in.

This is what I mean when I say:
you don’t have to punish your body to manage your weight.
You just have to feed it wisely.
Real food. Real colours. Real fullness.
No guilt. No starving. No stress.

Meals like this remind me that your body isn’t fighting you —
it’s just waiting for you to give it the right support.

If you’re exhausted from diets that drain you…
If you’re tired of programs that confuse you…
If you’re doing “everything right” but nothing is changing…

It’s not your fault.
You just need a plan that actually works with your body, not against it.

Comment “HELP” and I’ll show you how to finally manage your weight in a way that lasts.

Happy Sunday, great people 😃💞💫🙏
Thank God for witnessing the wake of a new day,; Day 67/2026 Fear Not!

Versr of the Day
Psalm 20:6

In the middle of the storm, when every door slams shut and your strength is gone—
the Lord still sees you.

He still hears you.
From the unshakable height of His holy heaven, He stretches out His mighty right hand…
not to judge, not to scold,
but to save.

Because you are His anointed by redemption.
Not because you earned it.
Because He chose you.
Because blood was shed so that cry could reach His throne.

So lift your head, weary child.
The King has already said your name.

Salvation is coming to you
with unstoppable force.
He will hear His children.
He will answer.
He will save.
And that changes everything.

If you're yet to be His child and would like to be one today?

Comment "LORD I COME"
And we join you in prayer.

HAPPY MEALS

Kids nutrition can be a struggle sometimes, bevause they have their favourites- happy with convenient meals 🍟

But why will they frown at a lovely home-made dinner and beam with a smile with a plate of Chips?

Here are some probanle reasons:

🍟 It’s comfort food — simple, familiar, safe
Kids love meals that don’t overwhelm them with new textures or strong flavours.

🍝 Spaghetti is soft and slurpy. Chips are crispy and predictable.
Together, they feel like a warm hug on a plate.

🎨 2. It’s playful
Spaghetti invites twirling, slurping, and messy joy.
Chips are easy to grab with little hands.
Eating becomes an activity, not just a task.

🍅 3. The flavours are mild and universally appealing
Tomato sauce, butter, cheese, or ketchup — these are flavours kids naturally gravitate toward.
Nothing too spicy, bitter, or complex.

🧠 4. Carbs = quick energy + happy brain
Carbohydrates boost serotonin — the “feel-good” neurotransmitter.
Kids feel satisfied, calm, and content after a carb-rich meal.

🥰 5. It feels like a treat
Even if it’s simple, spaghetti and chips feel like a “fun meal,” not a boring everyday dinner.
It’s the kind of food associated with parties, outings, and special moments.

👨‍👩‍👧 6. It’s often tied to positive memories
Family dinners. Birthdays. Grandma’s house.
Kids connect food with emotion, and this combo often carries happy associations.

The 2 A.M. SOS

"The Lord hear thee in the day of trouble; the name of the God of Jacob defend thee; Send thee help from the sanctuary, and strengthen thee out of Zion." — Psalm 20:1-2

Picture your phone lighting up at 2:00 AM. It's a text from a friend: "Hey... just prayed this over you." No fluff. Just power.

We all have a 'Day of Trouble.' It’s the season where your prayers feel like they are bouncing back at you.

In 2026, we are experts at pretending it’s all okay, but inside, we are exhausted.

Psalm 20 hits you right in the middle of your distress. It doesn't offer a 5-step program; it offers Divine Reinforcements.

God Answers:
Not with your script, but with His peace.

God Defends:
The God of Jacob—the God for limping strugglers who don’t have it together.

God Sends Help:
This isn't vague energy. It’s strength being dispatched from the Sanctuary right now.

If you’re staring at the dark today, know this: Help is on the way. You aren't doing this alone. The Request has been received.

If you need help to take the next breath, type ‘SOS’ below. We are praying with you. 👇

THE "DINNER TABLE DEFEAT: Why Feeding Kids is So Hard

Some kids are great eaters, and when you find yourself struggling with your child, don't feel defeated. There's hope.

If you’ve ever found yourself staring at a beautifully prepared plate of roasted broccoli while your toddler weeps for a single, lukewarm chicken nugget, youl aren't alone. You’re in the trenches.

The overwhelm isn’t just about the food; it’s the mental load. You’re balancing nutritional guidelines, Instagram-perfect "bento boxes," grocery budgets, and the crushing fear that if they don’t eat their greens today, they’ll somehow fail at life tomorrow. It’s exhausting, it’s loud, and it’s deeply personal.

Why the Frustration is Real
It’s helpful to acknowledge why this feels like a high-stakes battle every single night:

The Rejection Factor: When you spend 45 minutes cooking and they refuse a bite, it feels like they’re rejecting you, not just the zucchini.

The Paradox of Choice: We have more "expert" advice than ever, which often just leads to more guilt.

Biological Resistance: Kids are often evolutionarily wired to be suspicious of new tastes (neophobia). It’s not a lack of discipline; it’s an old survival instinct.

*Shifting the Strategy: How to "Win" (Without the Fight)

Winning the battle doesn't mean forcing the kale down. It means lowering the temperature of the conflict so your child can develop a healthy relationship with food.

Instead of... Try... Why it works
Pleading/Bribing The "Division of Responsibility" You decide what, when, and where. They decide if and how much. It removes the power struggle.

* Short-order Cooking The "Safe Food" Rule :

Always serve one thing you know they like (even if it’s just plain bread) alongside the "scary" new food.

"Eat your peas first" Neutral Exposure Put a tiny bit of the healthy stuff on the plate with no pressure to eat it. It makes the food "normal" rather than a chore.

Emotional Survival Tips for Parents

Zoom Out: Look at what your child eats over a week, not a single meal. A "beige" Tuesday is usually balanced out by a better Thursday.

Forgive the Convenience: Some nights, a bowl of cereal is a victory because it bought you 20 minutes of peace. That is a fair trade.

Your Job is the "Offer": You aren't a failure if they don't eat. Your job is to provide the opportunity for health; their job is to listen to their body.

Stop the Comparison: Social media "crunchy moms" have lighting kits and editors. You have a real life. Feed the kid in front of you, not the one on the screen.

The Golden Rule: A happy, relaxed parent at the table is more "healthy" for a child’s development than a stressed parent forcing a salad.

Good morning everyone!

Welcome to Day 64/2026 Fear Not! We celebrate God's faithfulness🙏

VERSE OF THE DAY : salm 119: 9

Wherewithal shall a young man cleanse his way? by taking heed thereto according to thy word.

Young man, the world’s throwing dirt at you every day. Temptations. Distractions. Regrets that stick.

Question is: How do you stay clean?
Psalm 119:9 doesn’t mince words:
“By guarding your heart with God’s Word.”

Not willpower. Not “trying harder.”
Not vibes or good intentions.

Open the Bible. Read it. Chew on it. Let it burn inside you like guardrails on a dark road.

One verse can wreck a bad habit.
One promise can pull you back from the edge.

One truth can make the fog lift.
Stop scrolling for answers.

Start searching Scripture instead.
God’s Word isn’t old-school advice,
it’s the only thing strong enough to keep your path pure.

Grab it today.
Turn to Him now.
Your clean start is one page away.
