🎄 This Christmas, you can make a real difference. 🎄

For many men and their children, the festive season can be one of the hardest times of the year. At Men’s Aid Ireland, we are here every day providing support, information and a safe space for those experiencing domestic violence and abuse.

This Christmas, we are asking our community to stand with us.

✨ Your donation – large or small – helps us answer more calls, support more families and ensure no man feels alone.
✨ If you’re thinking of giving back this year, please consider hosting a fundraiser in your workplace, club, school or community group. Every act of kindness strengthens our ability to be there for those who need us.

You can donate securely here: https://www.mensaid.ie/donate/

Today marks International Men’s Day 2025

No man should feel ashamed to ask for help.

Too many men experiencing domestic abuse and coercive control suffer in silence carrying pain alone because of fear, shame, or stigma.

You deserve to be safe.

You deserve to be heard.

Support is here.

On this International Men’s Day, we are proud to partner with Trinity College Dublin for the Knowledge Exchange Conference:

“From Evidence to Action – Informing Responses for Male Victims of Domestic Violence and Coercive Control in the Republic of Ireland.”

This event is a vital step toward shaping informed, compassionate responses for men who need support. Together, we are turning evidence into action.
If you or someone you know needs help, reach out. You are not alone.
