A heartfelt thank you to the Retired teachers Association of Ireland Meath Branch (RTAI) for their very generous and welcome donation of €400 to Men’s Aid Ireland. This support will have a meaningful impact, helping us continue delivering vital services for men, their children and families experiencing domestic abuse, and ensuring people can access the support they need when they need it most.

We are very grateful to the RTAI Meath Branch for their kindness and solidarity, and we look forward to continuing to collaborate closely together in the future.

This support will make a real, practical difference to the men and families who contact us at their most vulnerable moments. Men’s Aid Ireland welcomes the announcement that the Minister of Justice Jim O'Callaghan TD has secured approval for the establishment of a Public Domestic Violence Register to be established under new legislation Criminal Law (Sexual Offences , Domestic Violence and International Instruments )Bill 2025.

Another significant step in the delivery of a Victim Centric approach as we combat DSGBV.

Men’s Aid Ireland’s Clinical Manager Andrea McDermott and CEO Shane Kelly were delighted to attend the launch of, and become a facilitator of DKIT “In Their Shoes” interactive learning tool kit.
In Their Shoes is an invaluable experiential workshop where Participants move, act, think, and make choices in the shoes of a person experiencing an abusive relationship.
