https://www.ifa.ie/mental-health/ or you can text HELP to 51444 or call 1800247247 even just to chat things out. If you keep it in, it’s like watering the crops, spiralling thoughts will grow and grow, if you talk about it, to someone supportive, they won’t grow and relief will come 🥰
