Your lymphatic system plays a huge role in keeping you well — it moves 2–3 litres of lymph fluid every day, filtering it through 600–800 lymph nodes throughout the body. September is PCOS Awareness Month ✨

PCOS is a common hormonal condition that can affect women’s menstrual cycles, fertility, skin, energy and more. Every woman’s experience is different — and while there’s no single solution, supportive therapies like reflexology can help ease stress, encourage balance and support menstrual health. 🌸

One of my lovely clients wasn’t living with PCOS, but came to Abbey Holistics looking for a natural way to regulate her cycle. Since starting reflexology, she’s had three consecutive 28-day cycles for the very first time 💫 and feels much calmer within herself.
