All our Personal Trainers are highly experienced and have a proven track record in getting not just the results you want, but even more. Our staff just don't sit behind a desk and wait for you to ask them questions. We like to talk to our members to see how they are getting on, to see if they would like some tips on their workout programme and to just have the "banter". Our extensive range of free weights, benches and plate loaded strength equipment will satisfy anybodys needs from weight training beginners to serious body builders. Our 3 state-of-the-art class studios offer: Les Mills Body Pump,TRX, Spinning for beginners & advanced, Box Active, Circuit Training, Kettlebells, 30/30, Abb Blast, Step Aerobics, Bums Tums & Thighs & Kids Active. We are all about leading the way for fitness. So we continuously invest heavily in purchasing the best new machines (not refurbished ones), developing our fitness class rooms and looking at ways to extend the building so that we give our members the best experience, they rightly deserve
