Navan parkrun #459
Last Saturday we had 108 people join us for Valentines Morning parkrun. Those showing the most love ❤️ were our brilliant volunteers.
On set up was Kathleen & Lorraine, on timer I had Carol & Olga, finish tokens was John, barcode scanners was Ken & Abigail. Marshals were Una, Donal, Doreen, & Ellen. Brendan was parkwalker and Una tail walker. Not forgetting our man Gerry was back at his position on the crossing. It was great to see him back.
I was doing my last Run Director. I even got emotional (nothing new - I hear Ken Landy saying)
Joining the parkrun core team was one of the best things I have ever done. I have met loads of people, gained many friends and bagged a bestie too x
Thanks again for my flowers guys, they were just fab x

🟡 Navan parkrun – Run Report
Event #458 – Saturday 7th February 2026

What a fantastic morning at Navan parkrun!

This week, 197 people ran, jogged and walked the course – a brilliant turnout for February. We were delighted to welcome 26 first-timers to Navan and to celebrate an impressive 20 new Personal Bests – well done to everyone who pushed that little bit harder this morning 👏

Runners and walkers from 16 different clubs were represented, showing once again the great community spirit that makes Navan parkrun so special.

As always, the event simply wouldn’t happen without our wonderful volunteer team. A huge thank you to today’s 20 hi-viz heroes:
