Hope ye all enjoyed yesterday's parkrun #448 with 72 finishers and 15 volunteers all together making it happen.

Thanks to Tara Gleeson from parkrun for explaining the initiative and reminding us to get out socialise, communicate with one another and help each other out when needed and parkrun is a great way to do this.

Today one of our 𝐑𝐮𝐧 𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐨𝐫s 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐥 (𝐑𝐞𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐲) decided to hang up his boots as Run Director (for now) at Navan parkrun. We are eternally grateful to 𝐂𝐚𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐥 for all he has done, volunteering a total of 95 times thought-out his tenor and acting as Race Director for much of that. Cathal has gone about his business volunteering quietly in the background but always very helpful and accommodating throughout, including being involved with Training for AED.

So huge thanks again 𝐂𝐀𝐓𝐇𝐀𝐋 for all you have done for us at Navan parkrun and while you may not be around as Run Director, we are sure you will still be around in some other capacity.
