You wouldn’t believe how important postural awareness is during pregnancy.

As the center of gravity shifts forward - we can lean back & clench the glutes to stabilise our pelvis.

In additional we can externally rotate the hips — leading to the classic ‘pregnancy waddle.’

To support alignment and reduce strain:
✅ Keep ribs stacked over hips
✅ Maintain neutral pelvis (avoid tucking)
✅ Relax the glutes
✅ Keep feet facing forward

These small adjustments create a big difference in comfort and stability.
