I didn't write this to impress anyone. I wrote it because I needed to. For most of my life, I've been trying to untangle emotions that felt too big, too messy, too painful to name. I've lived through trauma, addiction, mental health battles and the kind of self-loathing that makes you question your right to exist. And somewhere in the chaos, I found a truth so simple it almost felt absurd:
What follows is my story, my framework and my invitation to you. Whether you are healing, surviving or just trying to make sense of your own emotional landscape. I hope this helps you see yourself more clearly. Because you are not broken. You're just learning how to love through fear.
