Weekly Dance Fitness Class 💃

Put on your comfy shoes and come join us for a fun, feel-good dance fitness class every Thursday from 7:00pm–8:00pm at the Solas Cancer Support Centre.

We kick things off on Thursday 15th January and will be dancing together for 6 weeks — no experience needed, just come as you are and enjoy moving to the music!

This class is open to female clients of Solas with a cancer diagnosis.

Hi everyone welcome to a new year .
Back to work , school & college for many .
After the holidays and festivities it is quite common for many of us to feel slightly slumped .
So my lymphatic drainage massage provides many benefits including removal of toxin build up , water retention , fatigue and stress . There are many more to add but want to keep it simple .

Starting at €35 which would cover a basic 45 minute facial treatment of the clients choice or a full lymphatic facial or up to the amount of your choice .

Here is the winner from urban_gym_ Draven . He won my voucher supporting the gym games event . So happy he’s managed to get a time to come along and enjoy a much needed back ,neck , shoulder massage . This was a targeted massage to help Draven deal with some areas of tension so hopefully today he will reap the benefits ! Draven was an absolute pleasure to work with to so thanks for coming in .

Have a couple of appointments left before the big day ! Wednesday 3rd at 10/1030/11or Friday 5th at midday !

Taking bookings now for January 2026 .
For anyone who is looking to start a lymphatic drainage treatment I’m afraid due to the sessional nature of these treatments I won’t be starting new blocks now until January for those who have been in touch with me already if I haven’t got back to you I will before the end of the day .

We will be attending the Christmas fair at the George and Dragon pub in Fordwich on Tuesday 16th Dec from 5 to 9pm.
There will be stalls, food, drink and music, so pop along and say hi.
We'll have our 2026 calendars, greetings cards and some prints for sale.
