Hi. My name is Debbie. I am a qualified Mental Health Nurse, Reflexologist and Reiki Practitioner based in Wexford.

One of my specialities is Oncology Reflexology and I am very honoured to be able to share my knowledge and skills as a Reflexologist with the Hope Cancer Support Centre. I also practice privately at Cùl Buì Wellness.

Reflexology is a safe and recognised treatment for people on their cancer journey. My approach is evidence based and gentle, focusing on:

✨️ Easing anxiety and promoting deep relaxation.

✨️ Supporting digestion and easing nausea.

✨️ Relieving fatigue and supporting better sleep.

Healing isn't only about treatment and scans. It's also about small choices we make everyday to care for our hearts, minds and bodies.
