The death has occurred of Paul Flanagan, 68 O'Neill Park, Clones, Co. Monaghan, Thursday 5th March 2026, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by his loving family, after a short illness bravely borne.


Predeceased by his parents John and recently by his mother Eileen (1st January 2026).


Cherished and adored father of Gerard, Keiran and Kirsty (Johnny). Paul will be sadly missed and remembered with love by his daughter, sons and their mother Catriona, adored grandchildren, Anthony, Finley-Joe, Shay-Patrick, Conor-Patrick, Riley-Paul and Sienna-Kate, his siblings, Jim, Ronnie (Marie), Leo (Geraldine), Keiran (Sue), Margaret (Freddie), Helen (Thomas), Allan (Mairead), sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law, extended family, neighbours, many friends and by all who knew and loved Paul

Paul will repose at Martin's Family Room, Newbliss, H18C962 on Saturday evening (7th) from 4pm to 7pm and again Sunday evening (8th) from 4pm to 6pm with removal at 6.30pm to the Sacred Heart Church, Clones arriving for 7pm.

Paul’s Funeral Mass will take place on Monday (9th) at 11am, burial afterwards in Mount St Oliver's Cemetery


Paul's funeral cortège to the chapel on Sunday evening will travel via The Diamond (approx 6.50pm) and Fermanagh St. (driving)

The death has occurred of Mary (Betty) O'Neill, née McCluskey, Tiernahinch, Clones, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Kilgormly, Smithborough, Co. Monaghan, Wednesday 4th March 2026, peacefully in Cavan General Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.


Predeceased by her husband Hugo, brothers Eamon and Hugh and her sister Eveline (Murray, Monaghan Town)


Cherished and much-loved mother of Margo (Colman Donoghue, Furbo, Galway), Mary (Kieran McKenna, Newtownbuttler), Kathleen (Timmy Murphy, Castleknock, Dublin), Seamus (Rosalind, Glaslough), Imelda (Tom Beggan, Roslea), Gabriel (Deirdre, Tiernahinch, Clones) and Damian (Linda, Newtownbuttler). Burial afterwards in the Sacred Heart Cemetery.

The death has occurred of Mary Mc Kenna, née McCaffrey, Clontibret, Clones, Co. Monaghan and formerly of Knockatallon, Co. Monaghan, Tuesday 3rd March 2026, peacefully in the wonderful care of the management and staff of Mullinahinch House Nursing Home, surrounded by her loving family.


Predeceased by her husband Eamon and her parents Owen and Elizabeth.

Cherished and much-loved mother of Edward, Eugene (Caroline, Boston, USA) and Deirdre (Dermot Gormley, Boston, USA). The death has occurred of P.J. Donohoe, Kilrooskey, Magheraveely, Newtownbutler, Co. Fermanagh, who passed away on Thursday, 26th February 2026, unexpectedly but peacefully at home.

Predeceased by his parents Jack and Margaret, his sister Eileen and his brothers-in-law Vincent Clerkin and Mick Brady.

Cherished and much-loved brother of Margaret (Brady, Kill, Cootehill, Co. Cavan).
