I am passionate about children and the benefits yoga can bring to them from exercise, meditation, breathing and much more. There are so many wonderful things we can do to bring joy to our little ones in a fun interactive and non competitive environment. Sketches & Stretches can provide yoga classes indoor and outdoor from ages 2-18. Family yoga classes are super fun and a great way to get some family time together. Zumbini classes for 2-5 year olds also available. We have a class to meet your needs. We are about building inner strength, confidence, mindfulness and letting imaginations grow. Together we can make the world a better place. So put on your dancing shoes and wiggle those bottoms and lets get moving and grooving!
