I have practised as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist for a numbers of years for agencies.I work principally with such issues as depression, bereavement, addictions, self harm, sexuality, self-esteem, personal development, separation & divorce, loss of ident My style of counselling is supportive, focusing on listening to the client and providing insight into how change can be effected in their lives or helping them to live more creatively with that which cannot be changed. I have an eclectic style of counselling and I use different schools of therapy depending on the client’s needs: body work, and directive or cognitive approaches may be employed, all within the client’s comfort zone.
