11 months in the difference and over 2 stone down between these photos.

Yes, I've made changes, you HAVE to if you want lasting results, but I haven't once felt deprived, said no to a night out or missed out on eating gorgeous food.

So last night we tried "the viral" doner kebab at home & it did not disappoint.
I totally forgot to take a photo of it rolled up, but it was absolutley DELICOUS & you know what the best thing was??
It was 100% on plan.
I even had chips with it. 😋
Will definitely be making this again.
