UPDATE!!

Firstly the team at CDC would like to take this opportunity to thank all our members, new and old for their continued support. We are having some electrical issue at the moment. Completely out of our control and we’re getting them sorted. Hoping to have these rectified in the next coming days.

Update…!!

Unfortunately the Gym will be closed for the remainder of today 15th Aug due to on going power issues we are having. Business will fully resume from 6am Tuesday 16th Aug.

CDC started in a run down shed in 2013. I had the cheapest fitness equipment, it’s what I could afford, a concrete floor with no matting, in winter it was colder in the gym than outside, in summer it was like an oven, way too dangerous to train! and.. to top it off I started my business in the hight of a recession. However I did not give up.

Now, 2020, we deliver the most unique and diverse classes in Newcastle West with top class trainers.
