Newtown Medical Practice opened it's door on September 19th 2011 - and is now working to help the local community strive towards better health and wellbeing by providing excellent medical care in a modern and friendly environment. We are conveniently located in the Mountkennedy Town Centre in Newtownmountkennedy - behind and above the main shopping area. There is dedicated parking available directly adjacent to the building as well as extensive parking in the nearby underground carpark. We look forward to welcoming you to the surgery.

as flu season is settling we are doing our last extra clinics for flu and respiratory symptoms this week. There are appointments available this afternoon and after 5pm if you need to see a doctor.

We continue to try optimize our appointments to accommodate those suffering with flu or respiratory illness.

We had respiratory late clinic last night and will hold another again at 5pm on Thursday.

Fortunately flu numbers are on the decrease and hopefully we will be over peak flu season soon.

Flu Season is here early this year!
In Newtown Medical we will be offering some additional clinics in the coming weeks to increase appointment availability.
These appointments will be for patients with respiratory / flu symptoms.
The first clinic will be this week on Tuesday from 5pm.
