Easy homemade choccies are a lovely and quick personalised gift.

I melt a tblsp of peanut butter through dark chocolate and then pour over some fruit, nut and seeds - whatever you have in cupboard!

Good to have a silicone mold and fancy gift box or bag.

It just does not seem real to say goodbye to an incredible lady.
Patricia once said she developed an extra 2 inches of skin during a particularly challenging time in her professional career - this, alongside her entrepreneurial passion just made her even more determined to rise up.
This determination also translated to her health keeping her in remission for many years. WAPF conference in 2016 she went to bed early instead of socialising as she was speaking the next day. We giggled like school girls that night sharing a double bed and silly secrets!
When my now 7 year old was born - Irish visitors would pop in and out so as not to overstay but Patricia came for baby snuggles and stayed the whole day to keep me company ♥♥
Despite her thickened skin she remained warm and funny - she always had a sparkle of cheekiness!
Her spirit will guard and guide her family and friends and her work will live on through the , her wonderful book and the many peers and clients she educated.

Patricia Daly, a lot to many, to me - a friend and immense inspiration. Patricia has been a trailblazer and warrior amongst the international world of functional medicine and integrative cancer care.

Patricia has had an incredible journey and remained in remission herself until recently but now needs to travel from Ireland to Germany for integrative cancer treatment as options in Ireland have reached their limit.
