Tomorrow is our last Baby Reflexology class for this term 🤍

It’s been a lovely four weeks sharing skills parents can take home and use with their babies. We’ve covered the nervous, respiratory, and digestive systems, and tomorrow we’ll finish with a recap of everything plus some gentle hand reflexology.

📅 Delighted to announce our first Baby Reflexology course of 2026 at The Moo Rooms 🥰

Learn techniques to support your baby with:

✨Digestive discomfort to help ease colic, gas and constipation.

✨Relaxation this will help calm your baby reducing fussiness and stress.

✨Pain from teething and congestion.

✨Better sleep patterns.

👣Reflexology also enhances bonding and strengthens the parent-baby connection through soothing touch.

The classes will be very relaxed and supportive. Having worked in maternity services for over 20 years and being a mum of five, I hope I can offer some helpful advice to others. 💕

It’s been an absolute joy spending the last month with such a wonderful group of parents and babies. Together, we explored gentle reflexology techniques to support:

🍼 Digestion and colic relief
💨 Ease breathing & congestion
💗 Deep relaxation and bonding

It’s been amazing watching everyone’s confidence grow each week and seeing babies relax in their parents’ hands is truly magical. 💕
