Spent a couple of mornings this week with final year GPs discussing and how their patients of all ages may benefit from this wonderful therapy .

I’m am always happiest when I’m in clinic , hands on with my clients, so this was a step out of my comfort zone !🤩

Most of them had never heard of craniosacral therapy.
However ,they were interested in hearing about potential benefits for their patients, what it might feel like and the evidence to support CST as a complementary therapy.

I also spoke about how we here in Ireland, are planning to promote and implement evidence based patient reported outcomes to assess the efficacy of the therapy with Craniosacral Ireland

Lessons from a toddler !!👏👏

A beautiful toddler who was in clinic today reminded me that we need to give ourselves kudos for all big and little achievements in our day 💕

A toddler hasn’t learned how to play small, they are in the moment and show delight at all their discoveries and achievements….

When does this stop I wonder ?

Why does this stop ?

And if we have stopped then maybe it’s time we take back ownership of our joy and start to celebrate ourselves 😍

Inner Wisdom (or Inner Physician) is a powerful tool that we use in craniosacral therapy to show us what we need at this very point in time
I’ve been feeling a bit ‘stuck’ , not knowing what or how to move forward in my life of late as there have been a lots of changes …

So today my IW showed that my 9 year old self was holding onto an idea that it wasn’t ok to ‘speak out’

during the session my beautiful therapist skilfully held my body while it moved and released tension in my gut and neck and connect back to that 9 year old to see how it felt knowing that untruths were brought into the light

She felt strong and centred with a new feeling that speaking out doesn’t mean being bossy !

We all have our very own IW working with us all the time ; craniosacral therapy helps to bring the IW into the conscious mind and get clarity on an issue that is bothering us .

Am so grateful for this 💕💕
