A day to celebrate women but I am privileged to be able to celebrate women everyday at Pelvic Health West 💜 I work with women everyday who have taken the confidence and strength to walk through the door and manage their pelvic health. To be apart of that journey with you and watch you smash your goals is the biggest honour and I’ll give extra celebration for that today 🌟

I have worked with so many incredible pelvic health physiotherapists striving to change the taboo, increase education and awareness and execute much needed research that could change the lives of our girls 🌈 I am so proud to be apart of the small group of pelvic health physiotherapists around the globe 🌍

I am lucky to be surrounded by strong and supportive women without whom life would look very different. Together we are truly better 💜 Today I also celebrate the women who have gone before us, paved the paths and inspired so many aspects of our lives big or small 💫

With breastfeeding you can spend a long time in new positions and with that can come some back pain and shoulder pain ⚡️

This is something we can assess during a breast assessment and treatment.
✅ We’ll look at your mobility and perform any treatment required or advice on movement.
✅ Advise on posture and give any feedback prompts required.
✅ Look at bra support and sign-post to .fitting as required 👙
✅ Work with your lactation consultant to get feeding positions for the comfort of you and your baby.

An elite Sunday morning for the February PHW Dry Run 🏃🏼‍♀️ our doorstep is giving!!

Three groups smashed it this Sunday:
✅ First day of the couch to 5k
✅ 3.5km: 3 minute jog, 1 minute walk repeats
✅ 3.5km steady

Of course the main event was .ireland for delicious coffee and treats ☕️

Myself and Emer rounded off the morning with the glorious and 3 dips 🙌🏻 like new women!

Thank you so much to everyone who joined me 😊 the next Dry Run is Sunday the 22nd of March meeting on the green at the top of the park by the graveyard at 8:50am - get it in the diary and I’ll see you there!
