EMK, uses muscle testing to tap into your body and find the root of your emotional/physiological stress, not just the symotoms eg, pain, fatique,tension , bloating,digestive issues, anxiety, panic etc.

Much loved courses, creative mindfulness for kidz continues to offer a trusted, nurturing approach that supports kidz emotional wellbeing,through creativity and mindfulness.
Creative mindfulness for kids especually supports kidz who experience, anxiety, restlessness,or big emotions.
Kidz can develope,calmness,confidence and relaxation,in a safe,supportive envoirnment.
COURSE DETAILS...
SATURDAY 7th feb;
Age 5-7yrs......4-5pm
Age 8-13yrs....5-6pm.
SUNDAY 8th feb;
Age 5-7yrs......12-1pm
Age 8-13yrs.....1-2pm.
Courses run for 4 weeks,
Take place Portlaoise Holistic Centre .
Cost includes all materials
Plus water (if needed).
5-7yr course of 4 weeks is €60
8-13yr course of 4 weeks is €70.
