Mission
‘At the Active Body Clinic we provide Osteopathy & Chartered Physiotherapy,
Dry Needling, Acupuncture and much more to resolve strains and stresses within your body & guide you back to full activity as soon as possible’

Osteopathy uses anatomical and physiological knowledge, along with skilled clinical evaluation to assess and diagnose the causes of pain in your body. We look at your whole body for causes of injury, as well as barriers to recovery, and use a wide range of techniques to improve the relationship between joints, organs, muscles, nerves and circulation to restore full function to your body. Athletic therapy involves the initial assessment, screening, management, treatment and rehabilitation of a variety of different muscular or skeletal issues. We use different techniques and exercise prescriptions to help you get back to your usual activities or competitive sports. Nutritional therapy is the promotion of health through personalised nutrition and lifestyle support. It is a whole-body approach to nutrition and lifestyle medicine that addresses the potential underlying causes of ill-health, rather than focusing on symptoms

The Active Body Clinic offers a rapid assessment of patient needs followed up with an appropriate course of treatment.

Our Story

Mission ‘At the Active Body Clinic we provide Osteopathy & Chartered Physiotherapy, Dry Needling, Acupuncture and much more to resolve strains and stresses within your body & guide you back to full activity as soon as possible’ Osteopathy is an established, recognised system of diagnosis and treatment of injuries and conditions based around the structure and function of the body. Osteopaths look at how the parts of the body interact; the bones, joints, ligaments, discs, muscles, tendons and nerves. Osteopaths can help reduce the risk of further injuries due to a change in the body’s working patterns to compensate for the original complaint with effective osteopathic treatments. And osteopathy is not just for curing injuries… by repairing the mechanics of the body, it’s ability to function at a higher level is achieved, great for anyone who enjoys sport and wants to improve their game.
