I don’t know how to eat healthy anymore. This is something I hear often and it’s completely understandable.

Today, there’s too much information, too many trends, and a lot of confusion around what’s truly healthy. One day carbs are bad, the next day fats are. It becomes overwhelming.

The truth is: nutrition doesn’t have to be extreme or restrictive.

Start with the basics. Use the food pyramid as a foundation to build your meals with balance, variety, and whole foods.

Most importantly, learn to listen to your body. Every day it gives you signals about what it needs, what feels good, and what doesn’t.

Eating well isn’t about following strict rules, it’s about reconnecting with your body, respecting your rhythm, and nourishing yourself with care and consistency.

Let go of the pressure. You don’t need to follow every trend. You need to follow what makes sense for you.

Feeling disconnected from yourself is more common than you think.
