Be part of our unique 8-week Parenting workshop at Aluna Yoga studio in Kildare Town.

No matter where you are in your parenting journey, whether you are thinking of having a baby, expecting a baby or you have a toddler, this workshop promises a healing space for you.

During these weekly sessions we will:

· Share the latest science-based information on parenting

· Help you connect with yourself.

· Help you connect with your own family needs.

· Empower you in your parenting journey.

This experiential workshop will be an opportunity for you to notice how it feels to be supported on your journey and to remember that our main job as parents is not only to take care of our children but also to take care of ourselves, so we can be emotionally available to them! We will share practices and explore through different dynamics what is it like to feel connected to ourselves and from this space to others.

Places are limited to 8 participants to create an intimate space where we can explore, experience, and heal together.

Investment is €290 for the 8 weeks including one of our books from the consciously parenting series

Childcare will be available at an additional cost (Mums with newborn babies up to 6 months are welcome to bring them to the workshop)

LegoLaois creators group is back!

We are offering a program on Saturdays which is going to help develop your child’s creativity, imagination and team work, in process of exploration, giving the opportunity to create different and unique creations. The group work in Lego Laois Creators will be open to trying new things, taking risk and experiment. It will give your child a chance to make choices and decisions, use and build up their imagination, creativity and team skills. It will help them become more independent, express themselves in different ways including their emotions. It will develop concentration, problem-solving and support their socializing process with peers.

The program will last 6 weeks with continuation possibility and is open for kids who love playing Lego and want to have great fun.

🟢 4-6 years old – 10am-11am

🟢 7-10 years old –11.15am-12.15pm

🟢 10 children maximum in the group

🟢 Small Snack and drink included

🟢 Other activities such as games, dance, etc. will finish up the day

🟢 70 Euro for 6 weeks per child
