Hang in there✨ Hi Everyone,
With the latest government announcement, level 5 restrictions have been extended until at least April 5th.

I know for some this is very upsetting but hopefully with the rollout of vaccines etc. it won’t be too much longer.

I know from speaking with my clients, that this lockdown has definitely been mentally more challenging. I just want to let you know that I am working virtually via zoom if you would like to make an appointment for healing.

The four week meditations have been very successful and many gained so much from them - I plan on doing more of these.

Sunday night is St Brigid's eve - leave a cloth or scarf outside to be blessed by the Saint as she passes. In Irish folk lore this is known as a 'Bratog Bride'. This garment can then be used as a cure for headaches or sore throats. From own experience it is effective for headaches & tension ✨
