More about me,
I walked into AA at the age of 19 and stayed for 10 years. I kept drinking to blank out my racing thoughts and all the horrible feelings I had. I didnt drink in that time and I was introduced to the 12 step program. It is fantastic and I would recommend using it as a blue print if you want to start on a deep spiritual self discovery journey.
At the age of 29 I was introduced to mantra meditation by Fergal, the man that saved me spiritually, mentally and emotionally. He went through my personal traumas with me, thought me how to move, manipulate and transmutate energy and has been one of the driving forces behind me. He taught me to embrace my psychic abilities, and how to deeply surrender, communicate and connect to the divine that flows through me, that we are all a part of.
He showed me how to surrender to God in Heaven.
On his suggestion, I started cupping massages. It helps move energies through people. Its how I can be of service to others. Through certificates, experiences and an unquenchable thirst for knowledge, I choose to be a vessel for Divine energy to come through me, to help others.
Now at age 39, I mantra meditate daily. I do my personal shadow work, set prayers and often do 30 day disciplines. Im partial to a fast and prayer day and I work with fire in various ways. I conciously transmutate all energies I encounter and pick up, through my work. I embrace 'energy transfer'. I work on my shadow and energy daily. If you come to me it's because the energies recognise each other and I'm here to be of service.
My thoughts on spirituality;
Its either love or fear behind your actions, thoughts, emotions. Always come from love.
When you "protect" yourself during spiritual practises - you're coming from fear.
Being initiated or activated into something is agreeing to have an energy placed on you....
Many come to me (conciously/subconciously) to be cleared of the energies.
I dipped into lots of energy practises.
When minimum 7 generations before me were building up energy through prayer, I chose Prayer
