Hi friends, I'm delighted to say I'm taking bookings for reflexology appointments for next week 🙂
I'll be following public health guidelines as always and look forward to welcoming you back for some well deserved relaxing and reviving treatments in my safe space.
For now, just foot reflexology but really look forward to offering holistic massage, facial reflexology and gua sha in the future too 🙂

Hi, hope everyone doing ok? I've been easing in gently to 2021 making time in the days for some gentle yoga, sitting, breathing and general minding.It all helps, take each day as it comes and be kind to yourself and others 🤗❤

Hi friends, during lockdown, I studied Facial Reflexology with Catherine Clooney Face Reflexology. Looking back it was challenging to fit it in some days, so feeling proud to complete it and really enjoyed it with a great group of ladies🙂
