With a heart full of gratitude for this past year,
and for all of you wonderful souls who come for holistic goodness and trust me to do my magic. Thank you.
I am looking forward to seeing you over the next few weeks and am delighted to have an extra day to offer. So as of January 6th I'll be in River ⭐️ every Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday from 3pm onwards. ⭐️
There may be the occasional Friday + Saturday but let me see how my ⭐️ yoga teacher training ⭐️ is coming along. Come March April I need to have some space to teach my practice classes, and come summer I might well be teaching. Whoop. This is quite exciting and nerve wrecking all at the same time. I'll share more over the next few weeks and months.
