Urban Health was establishing in December 2014 by a newly married couple Dee and Darragh Buckley. The couple first meet in 2009 when both were living in Australia. Both have had strong interest in health and nutrition, as Darragh has a strong sporting background across Kickboxing, soccer, yoga and Dee from Ballet, Yoga in addition to strength and condition training. Both have had a long and passio

nate interest’s in nutrition, meditation, and fitness training. Urban Health was established to give provide customers with healthy breakfast and lunch options, in addition to real nutritional supplements and dietary requirements. Dee and Darragh had become increasingly frustrated at the poor choice of health food options in Dublin for people that are constantly on the go.
