My Story

I am a CIBTAC qualified complementary therapist who studied Anatomy and Physiology, Aromatherapy massage, Reflexology and Indian Head massage. I trained in Templemore College of Further Education from 2017-2019.

Aromatherapy is a very gentle relaxing massage treatment using the purest of essential oils individually tailored to each clients physical and emotional needs. Aromatherapy has many benefits, some of which are improving sleep quality, reducing stress and anxiety, helping to relieve menopausal symptoms and soothes sore joints.

Indian Head Massage. This type of massage focuses on the soft tissues of the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. It is not just an extremely relaxing physical massage, it also works on an emotional and phycological level and benefits include prevention of headaches and migraine, sinus issues, restores and balances energy, reduces stress and anxiety, boosts memory, refreshes tired eyes and improves circulation.

Reflexology is based on the theory that body organs and systems are reflected on the feet. Reflexology is the practice of improving your overall sense of wellbeing by applying pressure to various points on your feet. The treatment has many benefits some of which include hay fever, sinuses and allergy sufferers, the elimination of body toxins, relieving menopausal discomfort, improvement of nerve functions and help with sleep disorders.
