The Art of falling Down.
If you ever practiced yoga, You know already that at some stage of your practice you ' ll face plant into the floor (lol ). Yes, we all have been there. But doesn' t matter how many times you fell down ,it's important that you pick yourself up. It' s simply a learning curve , that we all have to go through. And in that case ( actually any case if you want to achive something ) a bit of stubborness will help.
So keep practicing, keep falling down , keep getting up and have fun.💚💚💚💚

So what is meditation? It' s simply a state of conciousness in which we are connecting to our breath and noticing the thoughts. We can also practice it by bringing awerness to the object or activity.
It 's a great way to lower your stress, Connect with yourself, improve focus but also reduce that brain chatter ( we all struggle with) and enchance creativity.
Start with few minutes a day and you ' ll see the results. All you need is a quiet corner ...anywhere 😍
