In keeping with the spirit of our beloved Paddy, his generosity and love of Christmas lives on through his family and staff.

This year, his family delivered bags bursting with presents to the Portlaoise Hospital Children's Ward.

Paddy never wanted to hear of a child in hospital at Christmas, gifting presents to them was his selfless way of helping children and their families get through the holidays. His tradition carries on.
