Happy Lunar New Year.
There’s been a lot of talk about this energy, but the real question is: what are you feeling?
If you’re sensitive, this week might feel intense. I know it has for me. I’ve been feeling these shifts myself—the emotions moving, old layers surfacing, a sense that something is changing underneath it all. With the new moon and solar eclipse, it’s natural for things to stir both energetically and emotionally. So if things are coming up, let them. Breathe through it.
It’s a good time to slow down—meditate, journal, take a bath, rest, turn inward. Your system is already tuning into the shift, so you don’t need to force anything. Just create a bit of space to listen.
Take some time tonight or tomorrow to really slow down. Honor the ending.
Offer yourself some gentle self-care—oils, warm water, quiet, early rest.
My own cycle has completely synced with this energy, so I’m not really getting a choice. My body is asking me to slow down, and I’m listening.
It’s interesting too, because even though I want to slow down, I can feel so many ideas and creative sparks coming in. It feels like many of us might be sensing that collectively—tired and emotional, but with a quiet thread of optimism running through it.
so if the last two years have been intense, I feel we are now able to start facing the teachings.
One of the most powerful things we can do right now is thank the snake—the symbol of this cycle—for everything we've shed. All the old layers, patterns, and stories that have fallen away. Notice what lessons are still there, waiting to be integrated, released, or forgiven.
This eclipse is part of that process too—like you’re gently moving into a new frequency, a new rhythm, one breath at a time.
