WhatsApp Prescription Ordering – What You Can Do
✔ Order your repeat prescription (kept on file)
• Message us on WhatsApp to order items already on your file.
• Let us know exactly what you need each month — avoiding delays, shortages, or unnecessary medicines.
✔ Send us a picture of a new prescription
• If you’re given a paper prescription by your GP, dentist, hospital or healthcare provider, simply send us a clear photo via WhatsApp.
• We will prepare your medication before you arrive to collect it, reducing your waiting time.
• Note: The physical/original prescription must be given to us when you collect.
✔ Tell us when your doctor emails your prescription to us
• If your GP sends your prescription electronically (via Healthmail), send us a quick WhatsApp message to let us know.
• We will prepare the prescription once received and text you when it’s ready for collection.

✔ Request a copy of your prescription summary
• If you need a digital copy of your active prescriptions (for your own records or hospital appointments), we can send it electronically via WhatsApp.
✔ Request medical expenses reports
• We can send you a PDF breakdown of your medication purchases for tax or insurance purposes.
✔ Request an up-to-date medication list
• We can send you your current medication list in PDF format — handy for hospital visits, check-ups, or personal records.
