If you’ve made a tomato sauce for pasta, rather than freezing it as a complete pasta meal, freezing the sauce separately gives you more ways to reuse it. It could be spiced up for a chilli 🌢️, become minestrone soup πŸ₯£, or even pizza-top πŸ• a chicken breast!
