☀️Greetings from Spain !

And let me tell you a little story about a girl, who went beachcombing on the beach ...... Beachcombing is one of my favourite pastimes. I collect bits and pieces for my mosaics. Anyhow, as I was rambling along, this wave caught me off guard and came right up to me.
In a bid to save my good Adidas runners, I swiftly jumped backwards, fell on my ass, and used my left hand to break my fall. I heard the crack but I was still hoping it was a sprain !!

There was a fracture on my radius bone just above my wrist so I am in a cast for 6 weeks. I do apologise to my clients who are booked in on my return. I will have to cancel for now. I expect I will be back doing Reflexology around 21st April, all going well. However, I will be available for Tapping and KMRT sessions, plus my online events.

✨Spirit Baby and IVF
If you were at the Masterclass with the amazing Darshna a few weeks back, we were talking about how the desire between the man and the woman is one of the main calling cards for your Spirit to Earth baby to arrive, as well as the egg and s***m, of course. ✨ Karma and it's role on your journey to motherhood.

This is the first thing I wanted to unpack from my Masterclass with Darsha Parmar from . And its all about why some of us have the most difficult journeys to getting pregnant. I know, we were certainly all around the world, both emotionally and physically !! But Darshna explained the role of Karma with regard to my story. And it made so much sense.

A spirit to earth baby begins as a spark of desire, long before the physical body forms. This desire creates an energetic blueprint, like a light‑filled hologram of the little one who wants to come earthbound. As this energy gathers, it slowly becomes denser, preparing to take form.

When conception happens, the spirit to earth baby connects with the mother’s energy field and her nervous system. This connection signals the body to begin the hormonal shifts of pregnancy. It is a beautiful dance of energy becoming life.
