Soul Therapies is based in Ratoath and online. My soul purpose is to support you on your fertility and pregnancy journey and beyond. I help you to navigate the journey and to bring the sparkle back into your life as you travel the highs and the lows to motherhood.

I am a multi award winning therapist specialising in Fertility and Pregnancy. The therapies I use are Reflexology, The Fertile Body Method (Visualisation), EFT Tapping and Yoga, all of which I am trained and registered in. I will support you on your journey and have a full understanding of what you’re going through, as I’ve been through it all myself.

✨Spirit Baby and IVF
If you were at the Masterclass with the amazing Darshna a few weeks back, we were talking about how the desire between the man and the woman is one of the main calling cards for your Spirit to Earth baby to arrive, as well as the egg and s***m, of course. That energy and feeling between the couple is what the spirit to earth baby is attracted to.

But what happens if your journey has brought you down the path of IVF ? Well, don't worry, because it's still that desire between you and your partner, the desire for the baby and the desire for each other that brings the baby in. So even if you find yourself doing IVF/ICSI, it is important to maintain your closeness to each other,. Maintain that heart connection and togetherness, filling your hearts up with joy, which strengthens your womb power.

✨ Karma and it's role on your journey to motherhood.

This is the first thing I wanted to unpack from my Masterclass with Darsha Parmar from . And its all about why some of us have the most difficult journeys to getting pregnant. I know, we were certainly all around the world, both emotionally and physically !! But Darshna explained the role of Karma with regard to my story. And it made so much sense.

A spirit to earth baby begins as a spark of desire, long before the physical body forms. This desire creates an energetic blueprint, like a light‑filled hologram of the little one who wants to come earthbound. As this energy gathers, it slowly becomes denser, preparing to take form.

When conception happens, the spirit to earth baby connects with the mother’s energy field and her nervous system. This connection signals the body to begin the hormonal shifts of pregnancy. It is a beautiful dance of energy becoming life.

The movement from spirit into form happens through awareness, intention, allowance and the magnetic field of the mother’s consciousness. This is why emotional and energetic preparation is so powerful.

🎉HAPPY NOLLAIG NA MBÁN

This age old tradition of Irish women getting together to celebrate Little Christmas, Nollaig na mBán. This tradition stems from a time when women did all the housework, raised the children, did all the cooking and put up all the Christmas decorations ! On the 6th January, the men did the housework and the cooking and the women got the day off, to get together and relax with friends. Of course, society has changed and duties mostly get shared but use the opportunity to connect with your lady friends.... maybe a phone call, have a coffee or just get together to chat.

I will be meeting lots of lovely ladies in my treatment room and I am so grateful for this.
