My focus is on using plant based medicine and nutrition to aid in the treatment of many conditions such as stress, anxiety, insomnia, low immunity, digestive issues (IBS, constipation), PMS, menopause, joint and muscle pain, fatigue, respiratory and kidney ailments to name just a few. A photo is taken of the eye to aid in the diagnosis and food intolerance testing is available if required. Pauline Caffrey is a Master Herbalist, Iridologist and Nutritionist living in the foothills of the Cooley mountains. She is also an agent for the Fitzwilliam Food Test Centre for food intolerance testing.

Quick reminder about our "Men's Gardening Workshop" as part of the Healthy Minds, Healthy Bodies Summer Programme with the support of HSE National Lottery Grants taking place here in the Dolmen Centre. The workshop will be hands-on and based on a mixture of information and experimental learning. Plus also promoting healthy food choices through an improved knowledge of food production systems with the building of skills to enable participants to grow some of their own organic food at home. This 4 week course is aimed at men in the Louth, Down and Gullion areas. It will take place here every Thursday for 4 weeks commencing Thursday 3rd July from 10am to 1pm.
